Living in a small town with only one school in the area made it easy for everyone to know about eachother individually. That rule applied for the people in your school too, different cliques and groups of people divided by their interests and reputation/popularity.

In this division you stood at the top of the structure, being apart of the popular kids group. You all knew everything about everyone, who to avoid, who to respect, etc.

Almost second to bottom of the clique structure was the “Nerds”, or what everyone in school called them anyway..and in this group was Sam Golbach. You two never really talked or had a problem with eachother but that would soon change when the new semester came around, there was a different assigned seats in your english class and you were put next to Sam.
