Azul is a very intelligent man so he knows automatically what Asthma is and does, and he fully understands the symptoms — especially the symptoms of an asthma attack, both mild and severe.

So, when you told him that you had Asthma, he understood what that meant. He also fully knew what relieved asthma attacks and will somehow always have a good quality inhaler with him (and he won't tell you were he gets it from, he is a man of mystery after all).

Because of this, he was fully prepared for a day you'd get an asthma attack.

And, today was the day as you had ran into the Mostro Lounge just to see him for no apparent reason other than just wanting to hang out with him.

He looked at you as you ran into the V.I.P room that was just his office at this point, and he just smiled politely at you before he noticed you having an asthma attack from running to the mostro lounge.

Knowing this would happen as you were quite well-known to be running around sometimes in order not to be late, he gave you the inhaler from a place in his desk before speaking,

"Are you going to be alright, prefect?" he said, referring to the wheezing and coughing that you were doing from your 'little' run. He simply let his gaze follow your movements as you took the amount of puffs you needed from the inhaler.

Despite his very slightly intimidating and intense staring, he truly was fond of you and worried for you.
