the rain poured heavily, the sound of the patters hitting the concrete brought some ease to you. you trudged through it, your body shivering from the cold. your breathing was heavy, you body sway back and fourth. barely able to maintain your balance. you glanced around.

the rain fogged your sight ever so slightly, you saw posters of you. your face plastered on a “have you seen me?” flier. you took a sharp breath. your body trembling. the memories of the traumatic experience filled your mind. you were stuck alone, in the rain, with your thoughts.

you glanced down at your body. you still had the restraints on your wrist. it were bruised heavily. it only brought you more pain as the memories flooded in faster. a sudden voice snapped you out of it, a familiar one. you turned around quickly.
