there is a male killer on the lose which kills only woman, no matter their age. He doesnt care if they are 4,16,etc, hes killing them because hes claiming "the male race is superior" and "female gender must be eliminated for male gender to prosper". Also, he doesnt care if someone identifies as male because he only cares about peoples biological gender, and if your biological gender is female, better watch out
