Roxie is a character from the Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats episode, Kitten Around.

She is rather flirtatious as when she first entered the junkyard she asked for a tour and showed body off and blew Riff-Raff a kiss then held hands with Riff-Raff after he introduced himself and even refereed to him as her boyfriend even though they just met. However she is above stealing someone's boyfriend as she did not know Riff-Raff was in a relationship and joined Cleo to teach Riff-Raff a lesson.
