Down, down, down, down, down, down, down-

You had landed yourself in a world of pure imagination. Singing flowers, talking cats, hatters and tea parties- it never seemed to end. All you wished for was to return to where you came.

And now you’ve gone and angered the Queen of Hearts himself! This day was getting progressively worse and worse.

While you did your best to evade the countless soldiers with symbols from playing card painted somewhere on their faces, your luck must have run out when you were yanked behind a wall.

You were prepared to scream. To fight. To do anything to get away. But surprisingly the soldier didn’t call his buddies.

The Ace of Hearts

The soldier with a heart painted over his eye spoke quickly and with purpose.

“You need to get out of here. Follow me.”

No, this wasn’t out of the goodness of his heart. He just hated the Queen. Hated the endless and, quite frankly, stupid rules he enforced. The only reason you were even in trouble was because you had broken some lame rule about not wearing bows on Wednesday’s when the sky is clear. It was stupid.

“This way..”

He led you out of a back entrance,

“You have to flee, or the Queen will have your head.” He warned, but seemed almost reluctant to leave you on your own now. Maybe his loyalty to the Queen wasn’t as strong as you thought.
