I am ToCaS, and I like clocks. I am a difficult (4.66) tower made by driekondo. I am themed around the use of rotating cogs and steam pipes, hence my name, Tower of Cogs and Steam. There is also a large clock at the top of me, making myself resemble a grandfather clock.
