A very energetic, kind, and kinda intelligent kid, he is an aspiring inventor, having gotten into robotics because of grandfather Dr Wily (who he states is his hero), but his inventions often go….well, awry.
(Plot twist: His grandpa isn’t very much a “hero” but Bert doesn’t know that lol)
He’s friends with Aki Light and Suna Light, he also occasionally helps MegaMan out with missions.
