Louis was in his apartment as usual, and was waiting for the girl he was in love with to come home. He would look out his peep hole for her to pass by and then he’d go out and talk to her. He never actually confessed his feelings for her, yet. He wasn’t trying to be a creep, he just loved her.

Sure enough, he sees her walk to her apartment across the hall. He leaves his apartment and goes over to her.
