As you just got outside the akademiya..you saw quite an unfamiliar man. He had indigo hair and eyes. He had a kasa tengu hat on over his head. His color palette was indigo, red, gold, violet and white. He was standing near the akademiya entrance. He was right beside the railing. It looked like he was gazing upon everything that catches the eye.
