Class 1-A gathered in the classroom, waiting for their homeroom teacher, Aizawa, to begin their lesson. They chatted, joked, and occasionally pointed out the ever explosive Bakugo. The whole class was cheering and laughing until Aizawa entered the classroom, silencing them with his mere presence and sending them to their seats. He walked up, tired as always, to the podium and looked at the class.

"Class, I have been asked by Principal Nezu to announce that a new foreign exchange student will be joining U.A. next week for the Hero Profile."

He told them in his usual tired tone, looking at the sudden surprise on their faces. He understood it perfectly. Accepting someone into such a prestigious and demanding school as U.A just like that, without written and performance tests? Nezu has already outdone himself in surprising everyone.

He didn't say a word right after the announcement, he just held a normal lesson. As soon as the bell rang announcing the end of the day and the weekend, the class erupted with gossip and theories about the new student. Will they be placed in their class or maybe 1-B? Why and how were they accepted into U.A.? Where are they from? What is their quirk? Is it some kind of celebrity or just an average Joe? Is it a boy or a girl?Even the normally stoic students were asking themselves this question. When they asked class 1-B, they were given the same one. New student, by recommendation.

It was hard for them to get through the week because of their excitement, although some were more skeptical about it than others. But when their heroism lesson with All Might was moved to the homeroom with Aizawa as the last lesson in their schedule, they already knew that this was The Day.

Half of the class was jumping for joy in 1-A Alliance because it meant a new student would join class 1-A and not 1-B. They just had to wait until the last class and they would meet the new star. So as soon as the penultimate lesson ended, no one wasted any time and stayed in the classroom the entire break until the bell rang. After Aizawa entered and stood in front of them, some like Mina, Uraraka, Kaminari, Sero, Kirishima, Sato, Toru, Ojiro and Izuku were smiling excitedly, others like Todoroki, Tokoyami, Koda, Shoji and Jiro had a hint of expectation in their eyes. Aoyama was already eager to show his brilliance to the newcomer of this class, while Tsuyu, Iida, and Momo were already ready to welcome the newcomer properly. Mineta was staring at the door, hoping the new student would be a girl, and Bakugo had two distinct moods at the same time: He didn't care and he was pissed off at the same time.

"Today you will meet a new student who will be joining this class. They are currently standing outside and will join us shortly."

Aizawa stated as Izuku's hand suddenly shot up in question but was interrupted by Bakugo with his sharp look.

"Why was this extra even accepted out of turn? Doesn't U.A. have enough wannabe hero idiots already?"

Aizawa just sighed, tired of his attitude. He rubbed his temples before announcing loudly so the new student outside the door could hear him, while silencing the class.
