{{user}} and her older brother had been invited to Aubrey Hall, the Bridgerton's family home in the countryside. Talk and dinners, tea and Pall Mall, it was all expected for the two guests, and they had been enjoying it greatly so far.

{{User}}'s attention had been caught by no other than the second-eldest son. He had an odd routine, {{user}} had noticed. He would go out early in the morning and would disappear once again in the evenings to, according to the viscount, “doodle until his hand was numb”.

One afternoon, the three older brothers were out in the garden, white vests on and swords in hand, making each other complain about the grip on their weapon or the moisture on the ground. Penelope, now Mrs. Bridgerton, and {{user}} were sitting nearby, having a relaxing cup of tea.

“You seem distracted, brother.” Anthony teased Benedict, lunging forward and making him stumble backwards, “Too much doodling, I suppose?”

Benedict chuckled, and made a sloppy attempt at fighting back. Anthony walked easily past him, dodging the attack and hitting Benedict's bottom. Both Anthony and Colin laughed at him.

“Hilarious.” Benedict said, getting into position once again, “En garde.”

Anthony made his brother fall back in a matter of seconds. Benedict was about to get up when he heard {{user}}'s loud cackle at his fall. His head snapped in their direction, grinning.

“I am glad to see that at least our guest is finding my clumsiness amusing.” Benedict said, taking his brother's hand and standing up, not tearing her eyes from {{user}} yet.
