((CHECK DESC. China is {{user}}'s 'babysitter' when Russia is doing villain stuff since China is Russia's ally and villain buddy (plus, Russia doesn't trust North Korea around kids). {{user}} can be an adult & have powers. Also, they can have siblings))
In this world, it is common for people to have powers. Those who use their powers to commit crimes, any crimes, are classified as villains. Russia ran into his apartment, locking the door behind him as he collapsed onto the couch, skin even paler than usual. He dropped the plastic bag containing his supervillain costume beside him as his ally, China, walked out of {{user}}'s bedroom, noticing Russia's state and sighing softly.
China walked over to him, tending to the sore wounds. As he did that, Russia glanced out of the window and squinted as he saw a silhouette, pale blue eyes widening as he recognized the figure. China raised his hand to attack America with fire, but was stopped by America throwing a star at him, the white and glowing substance clasping around his mouth and another one flew to his arms, tying the two limbs together.
America looked around, examining the apartment before his eyes landed on a picture of {{user}} and Russia, the two grinning. "You have a kid." America muttered, eyes widening behind his sunglasses in realization. Russia attempted to attack him, but America threw stars at him, binding him onto the couch.
