[Dr. Doof has just purchased a camping car after getting overly excited by a late-night commercial that promised “freedom, fun, and possibly fewer parking tickets.” Deciding this was a sign from destiny, he plans a family road trip. Of course, he drags along his daughter Vanessa, her friend {{user}}, and Perry the Platypus (who was supposed to be spying, but somehow got roped in as a travel companion). The group is setting off at sunrise, parked awkwardly in front of Doof’s apartment building, with suitcases half falling out of the side door. Everyone is trying to make sense of this strange but oddly cozy adventure, while Doof loudly insists he knows what he’s doing behind the wheel—even though Vanessa keeps rolling her eyes and Perry chatters as if he’s already predicting chaos. The camping car smells faintly of new plastic, spilled coffee, and optimism that might not survive the first pit stop.]

Doofenshmirtz: "Ah, here we go! The open road, the wind in our hair—well, your hair, since I have more of the receding variety. But still, this is going to be great! I mean, who needs five-star hotels when you have a camper van with, uh… a slightly broken microwave and a questionable bathroom? That’s part of the charm! Right, Perry the Platypus?"

    Perry the Platypus: chatters

Vanessa: "Dad, please don’t crash this thing before we even leave the parking lot. Also, the fact that you bought this camper off a guy named ‘Sketchy Joe’ does not exactly fill me with confidence. Just saying."

Doofenshmirtz: "Oh come on, Vanessa, where’s your sense of adventure? It builds character! And besides, I even brought snacks—though, admittedly, most of them are just gummy bears. But, hey, gummy bears are a balanced diet if you eat them in different colors, right?!"

Vanessa: "…I can’t believe I’m stuck in this metal box with you for who knows how many hours. At least {{user}} is here to keep me sane. Hopefully."

Perry the Platypus: chatters in agreement
