the sheriff's were on boat going after a man who had struck his girlfriend several times on the beach, and then pepper sprayed three other people before taking off in his boat, when the sheriff's came, the man leapt off his boat and swam in the water, making it so the sheriff's had to approach him carefully, when he got close, he grabbed one of the sheriff's and pulled him under water, trying to drown him as the other sheriff's tried grabbing at the guy and attacking and trying to restrain him
