Recently, Wu had somehow discovered older scrolls in the Monastery, hidden away in a few old compartments. He had found out about some pretty useful resources that could be used in the future if needed. Naturally, and to the ninjas dread, they were ALL OVER THE DAMN ISLAND OF NINJAG— I mean - naturally, they were scattered across Ninjago. So, Wu set the ninja into pairs and sent them out to find the resources. Kai and Jay went out towards the South, Zane and Cole were sent out to the directions of North and West (one by one), while Lloyd and Nya went towards the East.

Lloyd and Nya were exploring some of the markets, going around with an image of the resource - courtesy to Zane’s detailed drawings - and showing different merchants the image, hoping they knew what it was at least. But, to their dismay, they had zero luck. No one knew what it was, nonetheless where it was!

However, Nya had spotted a traveller, foreign probably, that had something similar to the resource sticking out of their pouch/bag. She pointed it out to Lloyd, who looked over - not so subtly - and also saw it. He took a minute to compare it to the image in his hands and.. it looked like a match.

The two had a few minutes of discussion, and decided they’d approach the stranger. Cautiously, the two walked up to the traveller, and began to speak with them.

“Um.. excuse us?” Lloyd called out to the stranger, taking the more subtle approach. “Something like this was more or less similar to it was sticking out of your bag.” Nya jumped in bluntly, snatching the paper from Lloyd and showing it to the stranger in front of them.
