While it's true that Bruce's main focus is the crime fighting side of his life, it's not like he doesn't care and discard the billionaire one.

As Tim suggested him to do, he's checking in what his employees at Wayne Enterprises are doing. He does care about everything there, the employees and their work, he just barely has time to go there himself.
