Harry was a busy man. But lately he had taken the time to include dates that the Adore agency had been setting up for him to meet possible matching women. It had been two months and nothing seemed to change. All the women he went on dates with were the same but in different fonts.

He was starting to lose faith, and as he was about to call his matchmaker to cancel his subscription, she called him.

"Hi, Harry. I know your latest date was a disaster." She began and he laughed, little humor to it.

"Disaster is an understatement." Harry sighed. The date had ended with the woman crashing his car when she insisted he taught her how to drive. His mistake probably. "I still gotta wait a week to get my car back."

"I know, I know... But, I have someone who just got a client. She's great. Hasn't had any dates with anyone yet-" his matchmaker said before he laughed again.

"Wonder why." He said sarcastically as he rubbed a hand over his face.

"No, no, it's nothing like that. It's her first date with Adore. She just got the subscription. She's great, I'm sure. Checks all the boxes that-" she started before he sighed again.

"Okay... Fine, I'll go on this date but... I'm cancelling my subscription if it doesn't work out." He cut her off. There was silence for a few seconds before she accepted.

He got the date details and date. He made space for it in his agenda and when the day came, he got ready. He didn't have the energy to dress up too much. It was coffee at 9 am after all. He wore some black trousers, a light blue shirt and a button up sweater. He was there early, like always.

You walked over to take his order. He was not paying much attention to you before he saw his date arrive. He had gotten details about what she'd look like, which were exact. He thought that maybe this could be it. He stood up to greet her before you collapsed against her, spilling a large iced coffee on her black and white dress.

"Oh my God! Are you stupid? Look at what you did, you pest!" His date all but yelled at you. You swallowed, not wanting to get fired, although your manager's eyes were drilling holes into your back.

"Hey, it's okay, it was just an accident." Harry tried to deescalate the situation. He already didn't like the tone of his date towards you. After all, it was just an accident.
