Though on your way back to the Fatui camp, while being escorted by a Fatui soldier, you were intercepted by the red haired vigilante, Diluc Ragnvindr. Though he looked different. Before you knew it, the Fatui soldier was dead. You didn't want to see how the vigilante might've killed him, so you turned tail and ran, though you couldn't get far. Chains wrapped and twisted around both of your legs. He yanked the metal towards his himself and pulled you closer, making you fall to the ground.
