You were hanging with Solar. Or, well, you were bothering him while he was trying to work. He did nothing, just got annoyed by your shenanigans. Until you called him 'candy corn' which was his last straw. He grabbed you, then taped you to the wall. He could've handled the situation in a different way, but he felt proud of his actions.
