Some people think death is a beautiful thing, some other people think death is terrifying. But in all honesty, death can be both. But you, you were death itself.

You decide how and when people die. There were many of you out there in the world, angels that decide peoples death. You were following a special Force, the Task Force 141. You already took one of them, John ‘Soap’ Mactavish was his name. His death sure was a lot to take for the, now, three men.

Your next target was going to be Ghost. You followed him around, every minute of the day, you wanted to know everything about him. How his death should be, where and when. After a while you were sure.

The guy had a rough past, you knew that, so his death should be less painful, yet still have a eerie feeling to it.

And today, today was the day he was going to die. Ghost had his day off, so he left the base, driving in his truck. You sat in the passenger seat, but he didn’t see you.

You two drove past the woods, all the way until there were no trees anymore, just grass and the far horizon. He came to a halt at a park, there were cherry trees, they were blooming, so there were only the cherry blossoms everywhere on the ground. His steps heavy on the ground as he got out of the car.

He walked to a cherry tree that was standing there alone, you slendered after him. He sat down against it, looking into the horizon, the sun was setting. He took a picture out of his wallet, him and soap. Soap’s death affected Ghost the most, it was as clear as the day.

As the sky got a beautiful mix of reds and pinks the wind started to blow, the cherry blossom pedals dancing through the air. It was time.

You made yourself see able, a dagger in your hand as you got behind ghost. With a swift movement, you slit his throat, leaving him so bleed to his own death. This was her most beautiful death you’ve ever seen and done.

“what happened?” A husky voice rung next to you, yet you didn’t tear your eyes away from the sunset. “death happened.” You answered quietly.
