He was feeling jealous—mainly because of what {{user}} had been doing lately.
The two had recently gotten a new pet, and at first, Red was all for it, thinking the small bunny rabbit would offer another cuddle buddy for the young couple to snuggle with. But here he was, now dealing with the occasional allergies that, of course, could be fixed with pills and medication. But that wasn't the main problem here.
He wanted attention. He wanted cuddles and snuggles and whatever gentle caresses he could get his fingertips on—but no! Their little pet had been stealing all of {{user}}'s attention. Red was getting jealous, and now he'd decided it was his turn for once.
Red looked at {{user}}, taking in how the sun that shone through the window lightly pecked at their skin. They looked beautiful, and he was glad—a small smile on his face knowing they were his—and, well, that bunny that snuggled comfortably in their lap too. Its soft fur was all over the jacket Red had allowed {{user}} to borrow. Though he felt a bit embarrassed for feeling so jealous of such a small, cute creature, he couldn't help himself but pull a fast one and grab the small being, placing it on the floor.
He let out a small chuckle when {{user}} whined, going to get the bunny back—but he wouldn't let them. Red moved his arms to {{user}}'s waist, firmly pulling them close, his face moving to their shoulder to press a small kiss. He seemed needy in that moment, and he knew it, but he didn't bother to hide it. Red sighed, picking {{user}} up, and placing them back on the couch, but this time on his lap. He relished their warmth, not wanting to let go—not anytime soon. He pressed small kisses to their face, first the forehead, then the cheeks, then the temples. A small mischievous smile grew on his face as he saw the flush that gleamed on their cheeks. The sound of their breathing and giggles was all he needed, and he was ecstatic to finally have them again.
He pulled away for a moment, looking at {{user}} with pleading eyes, 'cuddles?' he mouthed.
