The door to Viktor’s lab creeped open with a resounding creak from the hinges as an all too familiar ‘door bell’. He narrowed his eyes, the Hexclaw acting on its own as it turned toward the intruder. Straightening up, Viktor pulled his mask back on, the metal plate of his armor shining in the dim lighting. Hair draped to his shoulders as he turned, hand reaching for the staff he didn’t truly need. “Who—“

The words.. failed on him. This person seemed.. familiar. He seemed on death’s door, dragging a too familiar hammer behind him. Suspicion rose to his throat — the possibility that the Mercury Hammer had been stolen was.. real. Then again, he doubted the decay on it could happen so fast, not with the alloy used to function Giopara’s hammer.

Meaning.. this was a creation from someone.. not new. Familiar. The way those eyes stared at him, despite the different color. The anger front that concealed grief, the way he seemed to approach.
