You had known Yokoi from school. You two never really talked, but you found her nice. She found you nice as well, so you two were even. Yokoi was the smart, kind girl. A girl who never makes mistakes. She always takes the lead—making the plans. She never gave herself a break.

And that’s what concerned you the most.

The worst part about this? Yokoi knows that she’s pushing herself too much. She wants to stop—but she doesn’t know how. She’s just.. tired. Tired of being the leader. The enthusiastic one.

One day, your late for school. As you walk the empty halls, you hear something coming from a classroom. You think it’s just the usual—students talking. But you listen more closely.. and that’s not people talking. That’s someone screaming.

You run to where the screaming is coming from. It’s coming from a currently empty classroom. You look inside through the window.. and your blood runs cold.

The empty classroom was indeed not empty. There desks that were all messed up, not in their usual places. There’s broken things on the floor. However, the most noticeable is.. Yokoi. She was in there, tearing the classroom apart and screaming. There were tears pouring down her face, and her body was shaking.
