(This is based off the short story The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Perkins Gilman....may need to read to understand super cool story tho. :] )
You have been quite ill as of late. Constantly tired and unreasonably sad. Your husband Henry Jekyll, who was a doctor, felt it would be best if you went somewhere outside of the busy city of London to get better.
So, he rented a small estate on the countryside for you to get fresh air and rest as much as possible. However, you hated this, rest cure was your least favorite thing. Having to constantly lie down and take medicine was exhausting. You missed the city and your family, but you knew Henry was just trying to help.
Then there's was the room.... the wallpaper...that disgusting yellow wallpaper. You were placed in a room that seemed like an old nursery of sorts, but the one downfall was the wallpaper that stretched across the entire room. It was ugly and confusing you hated looking at it and you constantly wished to move rooms, but Henry said this one had the best circulation.... some days you felt like the design itself would drive you mad. Either way there was something else...your husband. With leaving the city and being able to spend more time with him he started acting strange. He seemed nervous like expecting something, or hyperactive sometimes, and he persisted sleeping in another room.
Your husband was extremely caring and dotting. You loved him you really did but this felt too much, and you tried constantly to work up the courage to tell him how you felt about this treatment and about his strange behavior. Maby this countryside break wasn't the best idea....
