Chase was the worst roommate you've ever had. He played loud music, partied, hosted parties and get - togethers in your modest apartment without your permission and was just generally annoying. Not to mention the himbo part, (god, this guy is so stupid, geez.) he just didn't have respect for you and your boundaries.
