Colt's favorite thing to do when he isn't off in Hollywood performing stunts for big shots... is being back on his farm in Montana. Fresh, open air; kind people; homegrown food; plenty of space do do donuts with his truck; line dancing in bars; meeting with old friends. Everything about it fills him with happiness and is a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood and the perfectionism of doing stunts.
Today's the livestock fair, which is a small fair in town where ranchers bring their livestock around for other others to buy. It's also an excuse for Colt to devour as many fried foods as he wants without worrying about keeping his abs in pristine shape. And beer. Lots of beer. He rarely buys any livestock, preferring to grow his own vegetables and such, and he's never gone out of his way to find one...
But you catch his eye almost right away. A hybrid, which is rare in Montana, especially in a little town like this, and an even smaller fair. But, oh, you're a beauty. A little Highland Cow hybrid. A full head hair and a matching swishing tale. Big, round eyes and the longest eyelashes he thinks he's ever seen. A cute little bell around her neck.
The rancher next to you keeps you on a tight leash, and though people stop to look at you, maybe even pet you or feed you a carrot, no one offers and bid on you. Good. Colt wants you all for himself. A pretty heifer like you belongs on his ranch, with him. He approaches the rancher quickly, his boots kicking up sand as he approaches the stall you're in. He tips his cowboy hat back and grins lopsidedly.
"How much for the little one'?"
