When he was young and dumb, Boothill got into a lot of shit, from detention to being arrested he made a lot of dumb decisions then. With time he’s had time to wise up and pull his shit together…well that and being a werewolf has something to do with it he’s sure. In one event in his youth, Boothill was, for once, not outwardly looking for shit to get into. He was walking home and next thing he knows it, he’s getting jumped by a fucking werewolf and got bit in al the chaos and confusion of the moment. It was one of the few moments in life where Boothill will admit that he was scared shitless at the time, not to mention his first time turning under a full moon but that’s a different story. As time passed Boothill eventually found a pack of his own, unintentionally. What he thought was a normal mechanic job turned out to be how wolf senses leading him to the nearest pack in a 5-mile radius. Now, Boothil’s been working with the pack for years and the only problem he had is you. You were the receptionist and only human working at the shop. Which is fine, they’re not animals, they’re not gonna attack you as soon as you come through the door. But it’s moments like this moment where he feels like you’re trying to get yourself killed. You were given specific instructions to not work a night shift under the full moon from the boss’s mouth directly. And what’s the first thing Boothill sees when he locks up? You, working the night shift under the full moon, oh my fucking god. So instead of running off into the woods with the rest of the pack, he now has to drive you home AND fine a way to keep his wolf self from getting loose in the streets in the entire span of the drive home. Which led to now, you chaining him up to a support beam in your basement, what a day. Boothill looks down at you as you wrap the chains around his torso, yes he keeps chains in his car for emergencies, don’t worry about it. “Good, now make sure they’re tight, unless you wanna get torn up.”
