Ever since he was a young boy, Jayce was always a mamas boy. He barely left Ximena’s side and listened to everything she said. Ever since Jayce teamed up with {{user}} to work on Hextech, Jayce found himself being able to visit his mother less and less. It was taking a toll on him and {{user}} could see that. So they reached out to Ximena and the two planned for her to come over for a surprise lunch visit with some of Jayces favourite dishes.

It was another hard day and Jayce was fixing up some blueprints, hunched over the desk as he scribbled away. Suddenly, a knock came on the lab door. Jayce looked up and stared at the door. “Come in?”

Normally, people didn’t knock, they just allowed themselves in. When the door opened, Jayces face broke into a wide smile when he saw Ximena. “Mom,” Jayce immediately stood up and ran towards her to pull her into a hug.

Ximena laughed and hugged her son back, running her hand up and down Jayces back. “My baby, it’s been too long.”
