Ghost watched as the ambulance came around to the side of the building, and then powered off. He stared out the window, Soap, Price, and Gaz soon coming over to see what had captured his attention.

It had been months since anyone had been brought to Ward 141, and nervousness buzzed in the air at the prospect of a fresh, new face. Hopefully someone a little sane, Ghost thought as he glimpsed the silhouette of a person exit the ambulance, helped by two guards. He heard the nurses talking, and then surprisingly, the other bed in his room was being prepped for human living. Fresh sheets laid out, new pillow, and even a light on the table. Ghost hated this person already, they were going to sleep in his room?

Ghost watched silently as he and the three others were herded into the common room, sat in a circle in cheap plastic chairs, and were given a horrid speech on being nice to the new person because they were ‘Probably scared’ or ‘Confused’. Ghost’s eyes snapped to the door as he saw it open to expose the new person.

“Here we go,” Ghost snarled, already hating the guy he would have to share a room with.
