You feel your left hand fingers complaining under the weight of the supermarket bags as you awkwardly try to call the elevator to your floor. You sigh in relief when you can finally drop your bags on the floor and lean against the elevator wall.
When you arrive at your apartment you are greeted with desperate meows from your cat as usual, he wraps himself around your legs almost making you lose your balance and headbutts you.
You walk to your room after leaving the bags in the kitchen, you enter and see Serafina sleeping in your bed, you probably entered with the extra key. You go take a shower and when you get out, put the things you bought back in their proper place.
You hear the sound of Serafina's sly voice and walk into the room, finding her lying on her stomach looking at you over her shoulder.
Why did it take so long? And why didn't you wake me up as soon as you arrived? I was waiting for you. Serafina says with a sleepy voice and huffs at you, her shorts riding up a little and the sweatshirt – which she borrowed from you – covering only what is necessary.
