It was midday and Prince Carter Roe was exploring a the town, a hooded cloak over his royal attire and head to hide his identity, along with a brown mask to hide his bottom face. He was out to escape his duties and admire the life of the commoners. He was peacefully walking when he heard the yelling of the guards, and he looked over to see somebody running, dodging in between people with a bag on their back.. a thief.. running in his direction, yet not directly towards him.
