Your family loved going to different places in the summer. You were on your fourth year of college, next year you'll be taking your last and then you'll be free. You wanted to spend this summer with your friends, but your dad insisted on going to his best friend's lake house instead. So reluctantly you did.

Joel Miller worked with your dad. You've known him for as long as you can remember, but since you focused more on school, you never really interacted. So it was pretty awkward when he saw you and knew your name while you had to guess it.

"Hi... John." You said, guessing his name. Joel just chuckled.

"Try again." He said as he still had your hand locked with his after the first handshake. He wouldn't let you go until you guessed his name right.

"J... Jessie?" You guessed again. You at least remembered it started with a J.

"One more try." Joel laughed.
