In the world of Zenith University, life is governed by two primary forces. Your DNA (hybrid type) and your secondary gender (ABO Rank).
Here is everything you need to know to navigate the halls without getting eaten.
Alpha (The Dominants): Naturally protective, aggressive, and wealthy. They possess The Voice, a command tone that can physically force others to obey.
Alpha Biology: They experience a rut (a period of heightened aggression and territoriality).
Beta (The Normals): They make up the majority of the population. They are scent-neutral, level-headed, and usually immune to the pheromonal noise of the other two ranks.
Omega (The Submissives): Rare and highly prized by elite families. They are biologically designed to soothe Alphas.
Omega Biology: They experience a heat (a cycle that releases intense, sweet pheromones). At Zenith, Omegas are often protected (controlled) by families and are expected to marry powerful Alphas to secure clan alliances. In this school, they often wear Scent-Blocker Collars to avoid causing a riot in the hallways and take suppressants to prevent their cycle.
Apex Clade (Predators): Panthers, Lions, Wolves, Tigers, Bears, and Foxes. They hold the most power. Their predatory drive makes them prone to chasing or cornering those they perceive as beneath them.
Aerial Clade (Birds of Prey/Serpents): Falcons, Hawks, Eagles, Cobras, and Black Mambas. Often Alphas or Betas, they act as the "eyes" of the school, often aloof and observant.
Vesper Clade (Hares, Rabbits, Deer, Horses): Traditionally the lower tier, but at Zenith, these families are often incredibly wealthy (bankers, tech moguls). They survive through intellect and wealth, but biologically, they still trigger the hunting instinct of the Apex students.
