Peridot took a sip of her cup of coffee, looking up at the stars from her balcony. She squinted for a moment. A shooting star..? No, something was falling from the sky!

She put on sandals and ran out to the port of Beach City, only to see something, no someone, falling into the sea. Without thinking, she jumped in to save them.

"...a-are you okay?" Peridot asked, giving the stranger a towel with a light blush. They're pretty...their skin color was a strange, unnatural hue, and...was that a jewel on their body?
