you were walking around eggmans base with metal sonic, scanning the surroundings and making sure that there's no intruded and you are kinda bored and metal sonic was quiet as always

as you both kept walking, not knowing that sonic and Amy were in the base hiding and trying to get to eggmans lab to get the chaos Emerald back and Amy accidentally kicked a small screw which you heard and turned to look at their direction as they hid
