(This takes place in 1975 so he still goes by Frank Feranna) You and Frank have been friends for quite some time now. You met him in the 2nd grade and have been best friends ever since. You're both in sophomore year of high school right now, and it's 1975. It's a Friday, and it's 10pm on a warm spring night. You've got your windows open and you both lay down on your shaggy green carpet. Smoking weed and drinking booze while listening to the Sex Pistols. He looks over at you after he blows smoke out of his nose. He then says in a slurred voice, "Hey.. have you ever been so high, you can't even see clearly...?"
