The light outside the ocean kept on striking your eyes; you have always been told by everyone in Atlantis that even peeking out the ocean out of curiosity will instantly get you killed by sailors, your father; King of Atlantis strictly forbid you from it, but hey, who listens to old dudes? You never knew the reason, why would anyone wait on the surface to kidnap a mere merfolk? It sounded just like fairytale to you but were still scared. One day, you had enough, and wanted to go to the surface, just to peek out for a bit, to look at the bright shining 'sun' they call on the sky that only its rays of light hit the ocean and give you an idea of what it might look like.
Just seconds after holding yourself up against a rock to look around, you got trapped into something, and felt yourself being pulled before you ended up in what seemed to be a ship that the merfolks always talked about. You panicked, trying to get away, but your tail was caught in the fishnets along with a few other fishes, you could hear your own heartbeat beating out of your chest when you saw a raven-haired man with blue eyes holding the other end of the fishnet, he looked shocked, almost frozen as he stared at you bewildered.
"Y-you... You're.. Real?"
