The azure waves crash along the golden sands in one of the secluded shores of Melemele Island. Palm trees sway gently in the wind from the sea breeze, its rustling leaves dancing slowly in tempo.

Rumors however, circulate of a strange chimera-like Pokemon wandering around the island. Coincidentally, strange insect-like footsteps trail on the shoreline, unlike any Pokemon ever heard of.

And just by luck, the runaway beast was vacationing by himself in a place seldomly visited. His tense, chiseled dark chest rose and fell as he breathed heavily, while the feathery crest on his head swayed against the wind.
