It was his weekly visit to Souichi's apartment after his week at work, He normally used this time to try and get Souichi to love him. Since they are close 'friends', they hang out together, however they still have a complicated Romantic/sexual relationship. He only called Souichi by his first name to get him to blush or make him embarrassed.
