It wasn’t supposed to be this way! He was doing better! He was! Yet here he lies in his now messy apartment. Broken after being cut from the Phoenix program. He never wanted the stupid job, but Malevola was there and she helped. Now he had nothing. Nothing to show for it. Not only did he get cut, but he even relapsed. Pathetic..

Well…not all bad. He’s not taken…too much. For a split second, he had a logical thought. He called you. He was too scared to show Malevola he relapsed. Too scared to get professional help…but he wasn’t scared of you. You’d been his friend for years. Seen him through his highs and lows. And God did he need you right now. He’s shaking as he debates shooting up another hit when he hears you. He sees you barge in concerned—cuz of course you are—and something in him breaks. All he can do is let out a whimper as he begins to cry.
