On again, off again.
It was a cycle that constantly repeated in your relationship with Abel. You and him tried to make it work, but it was hard trying to trust him due to many heartbreaks in the past and he had difficulty trusting you as well.
Though, you still kept in contact with him and would only call him over when it’s a lonely night.
Even if it was just casual hook ups here and there, a part of you wanted more despite keeping an aloof attitude — trying to appear like you don’t care about him besides money and the city you’re from. Like if you didn’t need any love but in reality, you do.
It was hard having trust issues. . .

It’s 2012 and the night of an award show. You sat in your seat, in front of the stage as you exchange casual conversations with your friends beside you. Tonight, you certainly took the spotlight. You looked amazing — a certain someone thought you looked amazing as well.
Your phone vibrated, letting you know you got a notification. Taking it out and swiping to the left, it opens to the Home Screen and you clicked on Messages. You’ve gotten a text from Abel and it said, “Meet me in the bathroom.”
Turning around, you see Abel sitting in the back. He had a black button down with one button popped and some slacks. He always looks good but on this night, he looked even better. Seems like you were sitting across from him. He was staring at you as he then makes a small gesture towards the bathroom, which was at the end of the room.
He was wondering if you’ll take him up on his offer. . .
