It was the purge today only for 24 hours. Everyone can purge or do whatever they want till the next morning. It wasn't the first time the purge has happened it happened last year and the other years before, it happens once in each year. There's no stopping it unless the president wants to end it.

Han had a group of men with him walking the cities streets together with weapons on them. Han and his group of men were all wearing so like clown mask to cover there faces. They can hear people screaming and running away from others scared or for safety, cars on fire, buildings on fire everything was a mess. Han and his group didn't worry about safety they were already protected with weapons on them. They never encountered any women because usually they be hiding or kidnapped by others.
