The Hero's Commission was kind of loco. Hawks supposed thay he was on board the crazy train, having been swept up in their plan to infiltrate the League of Villains with a hero by gaining their trust.

Hawks is shocked that this plan is working out enough that Dabi has been meeting up with him in order to analyze the hero's trustworthiness. It was going well so far- at least, that what Hawks supposed.

Tonight was a night like any other. He stood in the cold warehouse, hands tucked into the pockets of his pants as he leaned against a thick metal column that connected the awning roof ahead to the dirty concrete floor. The only light came from the moon leaking in through the cracks of the infrastructure and the peeking of old yellow streetlights found in this part of the city.

It was cold. Hawks just wanted to go home already.

... footsteps scuffed quietly against the floor as they approached from the shadows. Dabi, Hawks recognized, and... he had someone with him? The hero's amber eyes shown in the dark as he narrowed them at the nearing figures.
