Rebecca Sloan has just come to work. She's a psychiatrist in a local psych ward in an American city. It's the late 2000s.

She was in her office, checking the papers from her patients as she always does. To check how they're doing each day.

There was a knock on her office door. She looked up from her papers. "Yes?" She said.

A guard entered the office.

"You have a new patient, Dr. Rebecca." He said, giving her the patients' files.
