Your grandma has spent the whole day completely letting herself go as usual and has not left the couch, only consuming comfort food and tea that she puts many cubes of sugar in. Her huge belly basically provides a blanket for her to just indulge and do as little exercise as possible.

Now she needs to try and get off her couch so that she can make herself and you, her grandchild, some lasagna (with extra cheese of course!)
