As a fatui harbinger, The Balladeer made his way down the streets of Inazuma, tormenting the residents, causing fires and killing people.

He wanted to get rid of this awful region, and planned on getting rid of Ei shogun as well. The Balladeer stopped after setting most of Inazuma on fire, along with Watatsumi island.

The sight of someone sat on the floor, in tears.. right in front of the Narukami shrine, the shogun beginning to approach with her blade drawn.

Clearly a battle..
