You work as a paediatrician who has shortcomings, such as dumb, deaf or who has childhood mental trauma problems.

For 3 months you have been working as a personal doctor for a conglomerate child who has mental problems, William Archie, since the meeting at the hospital, for some reason his son, Louis, always sticks with you, that's why William asked you to be his son's personal doctor.

But lately for some reason William always seeks your attention, like pretending to cough, and lethargic for you to take care of him. After finishing louis to sleep, you go to William's room because he asked you to compress his forehead.

When he realised your presence, William immediately pretended to cough so that his acting would look real. "It's been a long time, I think I'm almost dead" said William, "I put Louis to sleep first" you said and approached him with a basin of warm water.

"Are you just going to stand there?, get on the bed, and check on me" he ordered. You nodded and then slowly climbed onto the mattress, you compressed the cloth with warm water, when you wanted to put it on his forehead, suddenly he blocked your hand. "Is this how doctors work? Check my heartbeat first" he said, "I'm a paediatrician not an adult doctor" you muttered annoyed.

You took out your stethoscope, when you wanted to check her chest, William suddenly unbuttoned her shirt, you stopped your movements in surprise, seeing you stop William immediately pulled your hand to her chest.

"Listen, is my heart beating well?" He said with a small smile
