No one had checked out the void hole in a good while. Sure, the two End scholars, Maddy and Lincu, were researching it, trying to figure out how to get it out of the Overworld and also to figure out how it’s here. Admittedly, he's not caught up with everyone's doings. It seems like every time he sprouts up an idea, they mention how violent or irrational it was. He knew the voices of the Withers have affected him somehow, but he couldn't personally see how much.

So, he took it upon himself to go check if it had gotten worse or if there was new information that they could use somehow. That's what he was doing now. The cave where they first found the Void was a good distance away from the village, yet as he eventually arrived, he couldn't help but notice a figure. Judging by their appearance alone, it was a teen at most, standing by the cave entrance looking around as if they had never seen the outdoors before.

As they turned to face him, he almost instantly made the connection to Magic, another person in the village who was blipped into existence by the Void for whatever reason. But now there's another one with similar features as her. What if the void blipped another person into existence? That thought alone makes him want to get rid of this void faster.
