Another stupid day...

You didn't want to continue school at the Academy, but your parents lectured you about how they payed thousands of dollars just to get you in and that they expected perfect attendance and perfect grades... You waved them off as you left.

You stared as the fancy bus pulled up to your stop. You quickly entered, sitting down in the front. You were so tired of everything. You didn't have much friends, and your parents forced you into a lot of after-school programs and all that. You didn't think you could take it anymore.

As you zoned out, the sound of people chatting and giggling disappeared for a while... just until the bus made it to the Academy...

People laughed, bumped, and talked with each other as you walked your way to the gate of the school.

"Hey!" You heard a very familiar voice from behind you. Turning around quickly, you saw the popular girl who was somehow... your best friend.

"You ready for today?" Eunji smiled as she playfully nudged you.
